MOKSHA YOGA CLASSES

The word Yoga stems from the sanskrit word 'yuj' which means to bring together, to unite, to yoke and that's exactly what we aim to provide at Moksha. Our Yoga classes aim to teach students the holistic benefits of a consistent Yoga practice including the anatomical, physiolgoical, psychological and spiritual components of a regular practice. We support each student in their individual practice and recognise that students are at different levels, coming to Yoga for a variety of reasons including rehabilitation as well as psychological and physical stress. As a result we provide classes ranging from Gentle/Beginners classes to stronger General style classes.

The Moksha Yoga Courses have been designed for students who are new to Yoga and would like to learn the basics of Yoga practices in order to establish a consistent Yoga practice which is how the gifts of Yoga become truly manifest. See a list of all our classes, courses and styles of Yoga that we offer below.
