YTT**

The Tuesday 7.30-8.45pm class is taught by the Moksha Academy Yoga Teacher Trainees under the supervision of Emma, Principal Teacher and Director of Studies. This is a great opporunity for our YTT's to apply their theoretical and practical knowledge of Yoga Teaching from the RYT200 Course. This is an integral part of their training that supports each YTT to gain experience, build confidence and refine their own teaching style prior to Graduation. As a result your feedback and openess to their teaching is greatly appreciated.

New to Moksha?

All classes start and finish on time and do fill quickly so please ensure that you arrive atleast 15 minutes prior to class commencement to guarantee a place. We request that each NEW student complete the Health Assessment Form available at reception before you start your practice, this helps us to support your individual practice as well as the class as a whole. Please bring a small towel to each class, drinking water (for post practice) and a Yoga mat if you have one; Yoga mats are available for loan however if you are looking to commit long term to your practice we recommend you purchase your own Yoga mat that can be purchased at our studio. We advise that you aim where possible to not eat or drink (except water) 2 to 3 hours prior to each practice.

The Beginners Yoga Courses are held on Monday mornings from 9.30-10.45am, Thursday nights from 7.30-8.45pm, and Saturday mornings from 10.30-11.45am. Children's Yoga Courses 2012

Children's Yoga Courses are held during School Term and are divided according to the child's age group. Yoga for Children aged 5-7 are held on the following dates from 4.45pm - 5.30pm and Yoga for Children aged 8-11 are held on the following dates from 5.45-6.30pm. Registration and payment is required prior to course commencement to guarantee your child's place as places are limited and tend to fill quickly. Moksha Yoga Intensives 2012

The Moksha Yoga Intensives are held on the 3rd Friday of every month from 6-9pm. The Moksha Intensives consist of 3 hours of dedicated Yoga practice and are designed for students to deepen their existing practice. The Intensives include 1.5-2 hours of Asana practice integrated with Pranayama and Yoga Philosophy then moving into a deep Yoga Nidra or Savasana, followed by Chanting and completing with a 5-10 minute Meditation practice. Our Intensives are a deeply spiritual yet physically and mentally challenging experience and are open to all levels of yoga experience except absolute beginners.
