Perfect for anyone yearning to delve deeper into the subtle wisdom teachings of yoga, join us for a warm and intimate afternoon Satsang of practice, rumination, and conversation.
The event experience includes a seated practice of prāṇāyāma and meditation, a reading and contemplations from the book, a guided interview exploring themes and teachings behind the work, and space for Q&A.
You’ll enjoy nourishing tea, light scrumptious bites and community time, followed by an opportunity to have your book signed, should you own or purchase one. A limited number of signed copies will be available for purchase at the event.

“For those who yearn to transcend the trappings of Western yoga, may this book serve as a launchpad for your journey, illuminating the path toward deeper wisdom, greater peace, and an abiding experience of the power of the human spirit.” ~ Dr Raj Balkaran
