Our next Yoga Intensive focuses on the many gifts that come from remaining grounded as we move through the teachings of our daily life. When we embody this concept of being, we replicate the very same wisdom of nature – the taller the tree, the deeper the roots. Our Yoga practice (Sadhana) is the perfect opportunity for us to strengthen and deepen our own roots into Mother Earth, which then support us to rise higher when we are called to.

From a grounded place we have the ability to stay inwardly connected and unwavered by external experiences that we might otherwise give permission to uproot us from a space of harmony and joy. From this foundation of solidity we experience less anxiety and greater clarity of mind, as we move toward a richer understanding of life’s greatest teachings, its deeper purpose and truest essence.

During our Intensive we will connect with the sacred practices of Yoga through a carefully crafted journey of Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Dhyana (meditation) and Mantra to empower you with a greater sense of groundedness and deep-rooted connection – creating stability and strength not only in the body, but in our emotions, thoughts, and our Spirit.

This also involves making space for open and honest reflection around the aspects within ourselves that habitually cause us to feel ungrounded, while drawing wisdom from experiences and interactions that tend to create a disconnect with our inner source of power – giving us the foundations of a deeper awareness from which to rise in alignment with the highest truth of the Self.

MOKSHA YOGA INTENSIVES

Explore into the deeper layers of your practice, experience its transformational gifts and allow the true purpose of yoga to become realised by immersing yourself in a 3-hour journey devoted to your mind, your body and your spirit.

Moksha Yoga Intensives are designed to provide you with the opportunity and guidance to move deeper into your experience of yoga with 3 hours of dedicated practice, and are open to all levels of experience except for absolute beginners.

The Intensives include 1.5-2 hours of Asana (physical postures) integrated with Pranayama (breathing practices) and Yoga Philosophy, before moving into a deep Yoga Nidra or Savasana, followed by Chanting and completing with a Meditation practice. Our Yoga Intensives are a deeply spiritual yet physically and mentally challenging experience.
