PRANAYAMA FOR VITALITY

A sense of vitality is key to a life lived with physical vibrancy, mental clarity and emotional harmony, and is experienced when our prāṇa (“life force” or “vital energy”) flows abundantly free. Yet in a world where stress, fatigue and imbalance are commonplace, this flow of prāṇa can all too often become blocked and depleted.

Prāṇāyāma techniques are designed to enhance the flow of prāṇa – clearing any energetic blockages, igniting a state of rich vitality and promoting a balanced distribution of energy that supports our physical, mental and emotional well-being.

In our Prāṇāyāma for Vitality workshop with Emma Palmer, you’ll discover how to harness the power of prāṇāyāma to boost your energy levels, reduce the impacts of stress and open the way to a life of greater vitality. You’ll gain a rich understanding into the connection between breath, prāṇa and vitality, while unlocking the ability to tap into the body’s deeper energy reserves, regulate the nervous system and sharpen your mental focus.

Recently returning from yet another advanced Prāṇāyāma Teacher Training, Emma is excited to share a treasure trove of potent practices, powerful insights and fresh nuances to empower you in experiencing for yourself how Prāṇāyāma is so much more than just a set of breathing exercises, but a profoundly transformative methodology that connects us with the vital energy at the very essence of life.
