The Gifts of Resilience empower us to rebound from any given challenge or situation with an inner strength and knowing that all is as it should be. It also strengthens the muscle of absolute trust, helping us move away from a fear-based state of being to a more loving state of faith that life isn’t happening to us – it’s happening for us.

There’s the type of resilience that is needed to guide us through life’s traumas and there’s also the subtle aspect of resilience that supports us to navigate our way through the journey of self-transformation – the quiet inner strength that we can forget we have, yet rises when we need it most. This type of resilience is created through the teachings of Yoga coming to the fore and guiding us to a deeper understanding of our experience and reality.

The physical body is the crucible of the Soul. Yoga has the capacity to strengthen and purify that crucible from the inside out, giving us not only a strong and healthy external layer of being, but a resilient mind capable of responding to life experiences with that same inner poise and strength. The Yogis believed that if the physical container of the soul is fortified, it is from this place that we process and understand our inner world at a deeper and more subtle layer of being.

When the vital life force of Prana flows effortlessly through the physical body, it starts to bring to the surface all that was perhaps unconscious to the forefront of our mind. We begin to have insights into experiences that were previously dormant with a more open and compassionate understanding; unlocking a deeper meaning in its teachings rather than carrying the weight that had lingered around it.

The Gifts of Resilience have the capacity to support us to survive our losses, navigate life’s transitions and lead us to experience an extraordinary life.

Our next Yoga Intensive focuses on these gifts through a sequence of Asana and placement of Pranayama & Mudra to guide you on a deeper journey through the Kosha as a means of building the muscles of inner resilience and transformation. The practice will support you to gain insights into the journey of the Soul with deeper understanding and compassion, gifting you with the ability to move fearlessly forward on your path.

MOKSHA YOGA INTENSIVES

Explore into the deeper layers of your practice, experience its transformational gifts and allow the true purpose of yoga to become realised by immersing yourself in a 3-hour journey devoted to your mind, your body and your spirit.

Moksha Yoga Intensives are designed to provide you with the opportunity and guidance to move deeper into your experience of yoga with 3 hours of dedicated practice, and are open to all levels of experience except for absolute beginners.

The Intensives include 1.5-2 hours of Asana (physical postures) integrated with Pranayama (breathing practices) and Yoga Philosophy, before moving into a deep Yoga Nidra or Savasana, followed by Chanting and completing with a Meditation practice. Our Yoga Intensives are a deeply spiritual yet physically and mentally challenging experience.
