– A YOGA INTENSIVE WITH EMMA PALMER
“Practice listening to your intuition, your inner voice; ask questions; be curious; see what you see; hear what you hear; and then act upon what you know to be true. These intuitive powers were given to your soul at birth.” – Clarissa Pinkola Estés
To the Yogi, Pratibhā is the trusted sense of innate inner knowing that is forever guiding us through our spiritual awakening; our intuitive compass to becoming the embodied expression of Divine intelligence. When we become spiritually awake, we experience freedom from the bondage of human experience (Saṃsāra) and a fully integrated immersion into our true essence of infinite consciousness.
We are told that all the answers we seek are within, yet our greatest challenge is not only tuning into our intuition but building the trust to heed its call and respond accordingly. When we sense that something isn’t quite right, or the inner voice takes our hand and says “no, this way”, do we trust it or negate its calling in favour of what makes us comfortable? The journey of awakening is not always a comfortable one, yet the calling of the Soul asks us to become all that we can be, and the teachings of Bodha assure us that the gift of Mokṣa (liberation) will be the reward for our trust.
In our next Yoga Intensive, Emma will guide you on an immersive journey of sacred Yogic wisdom, teachings and practices that open us to embody the flow of Divine consciousness expressing through us as Pratibhā – our deepest inner knowing. The experience includes a powerful, heating Āsana practice as we build the fire of Tejas, Agni & Tapas to burn away what is ready to die and bring us back into a space of focus, clarity and integration. This leads us into the ancient practices of Kriyā, Prāṇāyāma, Mudrā; through the stillness of Dhyāna (meditation), Prārthanā (prayer) and devotional chanting of Mantra, before immersing in a long guided Śavāsana of sound healing.
“There is a deeper world of what is, and an intuitive capacity to sense into the underlying beauty of existence.” – Adyashanti
