Sound is a universal language of ancient remembering. Long before words, our ancestors listened to rhythm, tone and vibration to communicate with the Earth, the elements and the unseen worlds. Sound carries memory through blood, bone and breath, awakening what has always lived within us.
In this sacred 2-hour Sound and Cacao Circle, Vesna invites us to journey back into relationship with the ancestral and elemental frequencies of the five elements; earth, water, fire, air and ether. In many ancestral traditions, it is believed that we are formed from these elements and, when our physical life completes its cycle, we return to them. Through vibration, we honour the eternal cycle of creation and destruction and the felt expression of expansion and contraction, holding and release, silence and sound.
There is no fixed destination. As we move through these states, we are guided to listen deeply to our body, to the land, and to ancestral echoes that speak beyond time and space. This is the medicine of sound, one ritual, many journeys. Each person receiving what they are meant to receive, guided by their own inner wisdom and ancestral connection.
To conclude our journey, we will be held by the medicine of Cuatro Manos y Cinco Volcanes Hawaiian Ceremonial Cacao Tea, allowing our hearts to soften and the journey to integrate. This closing ritual invites reflection through the indigenous practice of witnessing, offering connection and grounding as we gently weave the wisdom of our experience back into our daily life.
