In our Sovereign Fire Lunar New Year Immersion, Emma Palmer gently guides you on an inner journey of attuning with the vibrational intelligence of Citiśakti, weaving the teachings of sacred philosophy and yogic psychology through the spacious practices of slow, mindful āsana, mantra, prāṇāyāma, meditation and contemplation.
