Our New Year’s Day Immersions have become a cherished way for our community to gather, attune and reflect, before stepping into the year ahead from a space of alignment, clarity and heart-led presence.
It’s a potent portal that invites you to gently pause at this sacred threshold between what has been and what is yet to unfold, orient your inner compass with conscious intention and courageously embrace your fresh chapter in the flow of expansive awareness.
This year’s Immersion warmly welcomes you to explore what it truly means to walk a sacred path within the rhythm of everyday living, infused with the recognition that life is a fluid and ever-changing journey. It’s an opportunity to let go of rigid identities, expectations and patterns, allowing a more responsive, adaptable and relational way of being to arise that harmoniously honours the natural flow of life’s unfolding.
The space will open through the sacred aliveness of mantra, as Emma masterfully guides you through the doorway of expanded awareness with rich spiritual philosophy and yogic psychology on the teachings of the sacred path. A gentle, slow flowing āsana then clears the energy pathways of the Nāḍī for Prāṇa to more effortlessly flow, paving the way for the practices of Prāṇāyāma to naturally reset the nervous system and heighten a sense of embodied presence that opens deep connection with your inner guidance. A long guided savasana, meditation and contemplation practices then invite you to truly listen into this space, discovering clarity beneath the layers of habitual thought and anchoring into a sacred resonance that serves to inform, illuminate and empower every action of your path into 2026.
