YOGA TEACHER MENTORING

– WITH EMMA PALMER

YEAR END RESET: SPECIAL 4-WEEK PROGRAM

– PRIVATE MENTORING WITH EMMA PALMER

(This page details our specially designed Yoga Teacher Mentoring Program – for transformative personal and spiritual mentoring with Emma, please visit our Private Mentoring Program page here)

As facilitators of Yoga we know firsthand how these teachings have positively impacted our own life and so are dedicated to authentically sharing practices, teachings, tools and techniques to inspire a curiosity, receptivity and awakening to these deep-reaching wisdoms within others.

This role is a gift, an honour and essentially part of who we are, to which we humbly devote ourselves to for the rest of our lives.

This authentic level of teaching comes from a place deeply rooted in our daily Sādhana and a commitment to our own growth, continued learning and practice. We recognise first and foremost that we approach this work as a lifelong student, then humbly hold space from this stable ground in support of students to safely explore the landscape of their practice and how the teachings are unfolding in their own lives. We are living in a time where students are calling for the authentic teachings, which requires a conscious, aligned, committed, genuine and intuitive facilitator who, rather than telling them the way, empowers them to realise and live the truth of these teachings for themselves.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of our next Yoga Teacher mentoring program!

While we each tread our unique path towards the closing of the year, consensus among the collective reflects on 2022 being another journey around the sun rife with challenges of many shapes, sizes and flavours for us all.

The promise of a new year awaiting us just over the horizon brings with it a chance to realign the inner compass and fill our sails with the renewed vigour that will drive us forward to lands abound with fresh opportunity. Yet if we are to truly seize on the potential to turn the tides in our favour and not allow the prospect for a positive shift to pass us by, now is the time to set about clearing the decks of any accumulated weighty baggage we no longer wish to take with us on the journey ahead and cut loose the anchor of all that is holding us back, so we are free to be propelled into new waters from a space of expansiveness, clarity and vitality.

It’s a pivotal time and why Emma is opening up a one-off, more intensive and accessible version of her profoundly transformative one-to-one mentoring as a special Year End Reset 4-week program.

Whether your focus for taking the momentum of positive change into the year ahead is personal, professional, spiritual – or most commonly an integrated embodiment of each – these 4 x 75-minute weekly sessions are curated to empower you with invaluable guidance and support for disentangling from the old and opening yourself to fully embrace the new – realigned, resolute, clear and inspired.

The 4 places originally made available filled quickly for this special offering – so we’ve added another 2 – and we’re ready to embark on your 4-week journey very soon – from the week commencing 28 November, to finish the week of 19 December.

YOUR MENTORING JOURNEY

This Yoga Teacher Mentoring Program has been curated and consciously designed specifically for teachers of Yoga as your invitation to return to the ancient traditions where, as a perennial student, you are guided one-on-one on a personalised journey of expansion and depth, while honing the craft of teaching and deepening your awareness of what it truly means to guide students through the true layers of a practice, both on and away from the mat.

Essentially, your program is unique and designed to specifically meet the needs of the individual – whether you’re called to step deeper into this sacred role of teacher, to reawaken your passion for the teachings and your own Sādhana, or to expand your understanding in areas not thoroughly explored in your teacher training.

You will work directly one-on-one with Moksha founder Emma Palmer, who brings a wealth of experience, practice and wisdom into the mentoring space, PLUS you’ll have the unique opportunity to apply your development by working alongside Emma within the teaching arena as a second instructor in her classes. Emma is a highly experienced Yoga & Meditation Teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience in a variety of fields and over 30 years of ongoing practice (see her expanded bio below). Emma is an E-RYT-500 with Yoga Alliance, a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia, Senior Meditation Teacher with the Meditation Association of Australia, a Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RYPT) and is YACEP approved with Yoga Alliance.

Emma Palmer Bio

The thread of Emma’s spiritual life began during her early years in England, where the seeds of faith were first sewn that ultimately guided her to explore the practice of meditation in her mid-teens. When Emma arrived on the Australian shores in 1998, she first discovered the teachings of Kashmir Shaivism through the Siddha Yoga lineage at the Melbourne Ashram. This is also where she initially experienced the sublime vibrations of chanting and Satsaṅg that led her to explore the techniques and practices of Yoga, including Āsana, Meditation, Kriyā and Prāṇāyāma. The powerfully transformative essence of these teachings and practices inspired Emma to undertake a 1400-hour Yoga Teacher Training between 2001 and 2003, since which she has taught more than 10,000 hours.

Moksha Yoga was organically and divinely created in 2005 and has been lovingly guided by Emma’s leadership since then. She has been present in the field of Yoga Teacher Training facilitation since 2005 and in 2010 Emma had a vision to create a Yoga Teacher Training program through the Moksha Academy, providing trainees with a thorough, practical and hands-on experience of learning. The Moksha Academy continues to deliver the highest standards of training and has produced some of the most sought-after Yoga Teachers in Australia.

Emma is an E-RYT-500 with Yoga Alliance (US), Level 3 Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia, and Senior Member of Meditation Association of Australia. She is also trained in Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPTY), as a Yin Yoga facilitator and has also contributed a catalogue of Yoga related articles to publications in both Australia and the UK. Emma curates and delivers an ever-evolving suite of trainings, retreats, classes, courses, dharma circles and immersion experiences in reverence to awakening a deeper awareness and realisation of true consciousness throughout the collective. Highly regarded by her peers and devoted community of students, she is widely recognised for her inimitable means of infusing the deepest ancient wisdoms with such authentic relatability for our times, in service to sharing the teachings in the most profoundly impactful ways.

Follower of the Siddha, Advaita, Kashir Shaivism and Sri Vidya lineages, Emma continues to be a passionate and devoted student of the practice and honours the many teachers and teachings that continue to inspire her. She believes that what fuels the ability to hold space as a facilitator is dedication to the unfolding of a personal Sādhana. It is her devotion to the practice that informs the very foundations of Emma’s teachings of Truth which she freely, reverentially and lovingly continues to share with others.

YOUR MENTORING JOURNEY

“Mentoring for me, over the years, has had a profound and immensely impactful influence on who I am and who I am morphing into being. It has informed and restabilised the very foundation of my spiritual unfoldment, my personal progression and importantly my teachings. It is only through my own experiential awareness do I understand how positively impactful and powerful the private mentoring process can be. So, as others have graciously held space for me and supported my growth, this is now time for me to hold space for you.

The Mentoring Program provides me with the opportunity to be here in service to your greatest unfoldment; to the highest service of the essence of who you are. Mentoring provides a space where, with your permission, we explore the boundaries of your current knowing and stretch you beyond the limitations of your comfort zone. I would not be mentoring you efficiently if I did not guide you beyond your current awareness, into what you are being called to know. However, please be assured, I do this with kindness, compassion and patience. I am here to serve you as powerfully as I can.”

– Emma Palmer
